Residents lodge in single rooms or, if coming as a couple, in double rooms. They can use the kitchen and the living rooms. As well as the studios, artists can make use of the Palazzo’s extensive garden, and the nearby communal theatre and exhibition hall. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Bed linen and towels are provided. On request laundry services can be offered off the premises. Guests will receive complementary Sabina extra virgin olive oil which has DOP recognition. At the start of their stay, artists will be invited to a welcome dinner, hosted by a local resident and during their stay they will have the opportunity to meet with local artists. At the end of the stay they may present the results of their work to the local community at a public event.
Expenses paid by the artists: travel, visa if needed, food and supplies. From October to April a heating fee will be charged, depending on usage.
